PLYWOOD
Plywood is made up of layers of wood veneer glued together, alternating the grain of the wood for stability. Plywood is generally the best product for cabinets.
MDF
Medium-density fiberboard (MDF): is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. It is generally used on painted cabinet doors to avoid cracks in the joints
